Time For A Little Giveaway!!!

OK friends.. we all know the importance of tracking our food.
Wether it be for the calories or just logging what we put in our mouths everyday.
I thought it would be fun to make one to give to one of my awesome followers.
I made this myself, you can definately add to it.
Lots of space to track food, water even start some pages for your workouts!!

  1. Love your journal. I have found that I am more successful at losing when I write down what I am eating before hand. This is something I have gotten away from and it is something I HAVE to do. Keep up the good work Robin!

    The journal is amazing. I have definite motivation to track my progress now that I'm a month post tummy tuck surgery. The saggy skin is gone off my tummy, but there's still work to do on the hips and thighs. This is my time too!

  4. I use an online journal and that counts cals and works out used cals in exercise too. I find it suits me great. Until the pc plays up and I always have a back up written book too. All helps. (My post from today has been edited)
