Wednesday: Zumba-1 hour....Quick Fit-3o minutes....Rythmix-1 hour
Thursday: Power-1 hour
Friday: Trainer- 1 hour....Hip Hop- 1 hour
7 hrs in a whole week does not seem near enough. Might have to step up my game next week.
