M y Workout Week

Monday:: Power - 30 minutes.....Kickboxing- 30 minutes....30 minutes Zumba Wii

Tuesday: Free Day

Wednesday: Zumba-1 hour....Quick Fit-3o minutes....Rythmix-1 hour

Thursday: Power-1 hour

Friday: Trainer- 1 hour....Hip Hop- 1 hour

7 hrs in a whole week does not seem near enough. Might have to step up my game next week.

Weight Lost was 2.2 lbs

    I've been working hard this week too, pushing myself in the gym. I feel like I'm getting stronger and stronger now.
