Game ON!

Its on!

I have had enough of this ho hum kinda attitude!

This girl needs to pick up the energy a few notches!!

Enough of the.. yeah I will exercise later BS!!!

Enough of the ... well, if I eat this today I will get serious tomorrow!!!!


I am done. I am fed up with myself. Tired of my excuses.

I can certainly talk the talk... now lets see if this girl can move her fat butt and do what she needs to do and walk the walk.

I am going thru my house once again with a garbage bag and throwing out allllllllllllllllllll the bad!

Replacing it with only things I should be putting into this body.

I am dragging out all of my low fat -no fat- I dont wanna be fat cookbooks and I am going to PLAN!!

Thats right Rox, you heard me, PLAN PLAN PLAN.

Your so good at it, that I am going to follow your lead. :)

The whole food thing is holding me back. So I have got to get this under control.

I am sick of looking at back fat, leg fat, butt fat, arm fat, tummy fat.

Time to get rid of it all and what I put in my mouth is the sure fire way. (Along with my workouts ofcourse!!

  2. Hi Robin!!! I just want to say first off, love the music on here! THis is the first blog I ever went to that had music! Love it and love the layout too, I feel like I want to get up and shake my booty, lol!

    I think its awesome that you lost weight and its great you have a goal to lose more, just know there will be good and bad days, but dont give up! I like your positive attitude, and I know you will reach your goal!

    I got the peanut flour at trader joes! Do u have one near you? If not, amazon.com has some on there, just search peanut flour, and the rice cakes, those ones are a brand called suzies, but any rice cakes are good, as long as they are whole grain ones, or brown rice cakes are good too! Hope you have a great day! Look for the healthy rice cakes in the healthy or organic section of your grocery store or at whole foods and trader joes! xo

  3. Planning IS key Sis, it's the only way I've made it this far with eating clean.
    I lay out all my CLEAN recipe books on the table and search for recipes EVERY Saturday night. I write a weeks worth of meal plans out, then write a grocery ingredients list and hit the store EVERY Sunday.
    I've been successful with this for over 4 months, it's what works for me, so I stuck with it.

    You can do it too Sis. Like everything else, it's hard work in the beginning, like a baby trying to take it's first steps, but once you get the hang of it, it all just "works".
