Great Job losing weight is always easy in the begining for me as my body isnt used to the changes its going through ( lower calorie intake. more excercise, etc) I had a goal of 2 lbs per week and well Im 6 weeks ahead of schedule just in my first week! so Im great But im sure this next week things will surely sloww down =(
I feel really good about last week-lost 2 1/2lbs! This week it's all about sticking to my commitment to myself and not allowing ANY wiggle room for old habits or excuses :)
