menu for the week....

well, here it is!! I fianlly took my sisters advice and plannedf or the entire week!

I got myself a dry erase board and wrote down every thing i will be putting in my mouth.

This is going to help me out tremendously!!!

and boy oh boy, do I need all the help I can get right now!

Some of the breakfasts however have been changed to 1 cup of oatmeal and 2 hard boiled egg whites. Cuz my sister said

I'm Back.....

kinda sorta..

thanks for all the prayers and well wishes for my Dad.

I brought him home on Tuesday of last week and he is already back at the Heart Hospital.

He is having a terrible time breathing , so they are running some more tests and scans. They are now looking for any clots and fluid on his lungs. His airways are extremely irritated and inflamed from the breathing tube he had for 4 days.

I stayed home this time instead of going with him, so its pretty much killing me that I am not there with him. I do know hes in good hands at this Hospital though. They were pretty amazing during his first visit.

On another note ... I used today as catch up day... house cleaning, getting orders done and packaged up ready to go out tomorrow and doing some much needed laundry.

I also wrote out my food menu for the week and I am excited to get back at it. 9 days without some kind of working out is terrible. And I wasn't eating the best when I was staying at the hospital with him either.. ate out. I feel like bcuz I was stressed I made very poor choices. Or maybe I shouldn't make excuses and just own up to not making smart choices. Anyways........... ready to get back on track and start fresh. Maybe have to adjust some days on my 111 Days To go Goal.

So there's a little update for everyone...

Will Be Gone For A few Days

Wanted to let everyone know I will be out of town for a few days. My Dad had a heart attack on Sunday... was airlifted t o Sioux Falls to the Avera Heart Hospital and had triple bypass on Monday(his birthday). I am going to be over her ewith him pretty much all week... so you probably see no new blog posts from me. :(

Having a difficult time seeing him like this... its taking its toll, I am sad, tired and stresses, but I know everything will be fine(fingers crossed, prayers being said)

New Week = New Goal

ok so Friday night I had bad cheat night!! (BAD)

This only proves that I am human and I struggle just like alot of us do.

This blog is about all of it... struggles, hitting a goal, accomplishments, hitting rock bottom and most of all my true life! I let it all out.

I hope for anyone reading this, that has had one of those days and then gave up on yourself will rethink everything and know its ok to have some of those days. We are not invincible.. we are not perfect(thank you Debbie)...we are ALLOWED to make mistakes.

So with that being said...

I am letting it go and moving forward!!!

This week I am bumping up my personal training days with Julie from 1 to 2. I am hitting every class on my schedule, and maybe even a few more. My goal this week is to drop 3 lbs. It's doable trust me!! I have done it many times and need to get this show on the road!

To hell with this complacent mindset. Its time to work my ass off and get some results!

Anyone care to join me this week on this goal...

your goal certainly doesnt have to be 3lbs.. but do something.. dont settle!!

Thats why we are here right? We settled.

Just BEET It!!

I dont know about you.. But I loooooove BEETS!

pickled, steamed, juice.. I love them any which way!

I've been eating alot of them lately so I thought why not blog about them!!
