menu for the week....

well, here it is!! I fianlly took my sisters advice and plannedf or the entire week!

I got myself a dry erase board and wrote down every thing i will be putting in my mouth.

This is going to help me out tremendously!!!

and boy oh boy, do I need all the help I can get right now!

Some of the breakfasts however have been changed to 1 cup of oatmeal and 2 hard boiled egg whites. Cuz my sister said



  1. That's awesome Robin!!! Oatmeal is my staple for most breakfasts, it really keeps me satisfied all morning. A great snack idea is tuna on celery. (I guess it is if you like tuna and celery lol). I always find it hardest to plan a snack that is lower in carbs and that one helps me. Keep up the great work!! xoxo

  4. Add some protein to your snacks sis. Protein helps you feel fuller longer and the combo of carb/protein will is a sure fire way to lose weight.
    Add some nuts or natural nut butter to your fruits and some granola to your yogurt.
    You're doing great Sis, I couldn't be prouder. You are making serious changes in your life and it's gonna pay off big time!!!

  5. I need to get more organized with my meal planning. I do ok with planning dinner most of the time but difficulty with lunches. When I do plan a decent lunch, I often forget to take it with me!
