Fitness In Febuary ~ My Lineup!!

Heres my calender for Febuary.

2520 minutes of working out!

Every class highlighted in green are the classes I will be going to !!

Kickboxing, Power, Rythmix, Quick Fit, Zumba, Hip Hop

& maybe a yoga and cycle class!

  3. Girl I just Got the List yesterday And its in the car but My first class is tonight and its a dance session so Im excited last week it kicked my ass so lets hope today it does the same lol! you will be one busy lady! but classes help so much!

  4. hey Becca.. if I had kids at home yet, my schedule I am sure would not look like this. Do it as you can. It all helps!!

    Trisha... yours sounds like a great workout too!! We dont have pilates. Hmm .gonna have to look into something like that.

  5. Fat to Fit.. nothing better than a dance class!! and yes they sure do kick your ass!! I love that feeling~! hate when class is over, I just wanna keep dancing!

  6. My wife loves ZUMBA, but we are on body-for-life so she's only allowed 20 mins of cardio 3 times a week, something is working- she's lost close to 30 lbs in 12 weeks!
