Cheesy Artichoke Tuna Melts

mmmmmm.... I made these on Monday for dinner. Hubby even loved them.
Serving for 6
3 Ciabatta Rolls
2- 5oz cans of Tuna in water(drained)
1-14 oz can of artichokes(drained)
2-tbls. fat free mayo
1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Drain artichokes and chop in food processor.
In a bowl combine tuna, chopped artichokes and mayo
Turn oven to broil...
lay rolls in halves out on cookie sheet
(3 Ciabatto Rolls will make 6 melts)
Top with mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top
place in oven for 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Yumm-O!!
