Day 4-5-6 - -Clean Eating

Well, I have been challenged. Its a little harder than expected to stick ot this EAT CLEAN.

Not that the food isnt fantastic, because it is!!

But I am so weak, when it comes to wanting stuff I have had in the past.

I am trying with all my might though. So on that note.. here are days 4 and 5.


Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon WATER

Lunch- 2 Homemade turkey tacos, black beans, light sour cream, jalepenos WATER

Snack- special k bar, apple WATER

Dinner- Pork Chop, Baked Sw. POtato, Brussell Sprouts, Skim Milk

Snack 100 cal popcorn Water

Day 5

Breakfast- Special k Cereal, Skim MIlk

Lunch- CHINESE :( ( i know right) WATER

Snack- apple, peanut/chocolate mix

Dinner- Steak, baked potato, salad WATER

Snack - banana

DaY 6

Breakfast- WW Apple Banana Pancakes, 2 slices turkey bacon, skim milk

SNack- special k bar

Lunch- Southwest Chicken Salad WATER

Snack- Nut- fruit- chocolate mixture WATER

DInner- Southwest Chicken salad WATER

Snack- smoothie, mango, unsalted peanuts
