Day 4- Clean Eating

so Day 4 is here... So far soooooo pretty

Last night I kinda strayed and went out for some beers.

But I am not perfect, and I will have those days.

AND THATS OK!! :) Oatmeal, banana, honey, skim milk-WATER

Snack-NOTTA :(

Lunch- Asian Noodle Bowl, Yogurt. - WATER

Snack- Apple, 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts.

Dinner tonight- Curried Chicken Dish, Baby Reds, Skim Milk

Snack- honey and fruit bar-WATER
