well, day 2 is almost over and I ate good!! :)
Breakfast- 2 HB eggs minus yolks. 2 pieces WW toast and 2 tsp. peanut butter. WATER
Lunch- 2 Talipia Manicotti Bundles. WATER
Snack - Apple, hanful of unsalted peanuts. WATER
Dinner- Lamb Chops, Baby Red Potatos, 6 oz skim milk.
Snack- Greek Yogurt. WATER
Sounds like it was great!!!! I love peanut butter with toast! (in my case gluten free). xoxo
