Lunch- whole wheat pita with lean ham, coleslaw mix and 1 greek yogurt.WATER
WORKED OUT FOR 2 HOURS(burned 1126 calories- had a protein shake)WATER
Dinner- 1 baked maniccoti bundle(delish)WATER
Snack- 1/2 grapefruit WATER
wooohooo! I think I made it thru day 1. Better go to bed, cuz I wanna eat something..lol
