Me + HCG is just that.
I have been keeping this to myself for the last week, because I really dont want to hear the negativity and the skeptics. But after talking to my sister and some close friends.. I feel confident that this was the right choice for me.I did some research, talked to friends and decided I was going to give this my all for the next 30 days to see how it goes. I have seriously hit some god awful plateau and need this kick to get going.
So, I started on Monday...
First 2 days are "loading" days. At first I was so excited! I mean seriously, getting to eat anything and everything I wanted. Wooohoooooooooooooooo!! Well, NO! I mean HELLLL NO!! It sucked! I have never felt so miserable in my life. I took my drops.. waited 15 minutes, then gorged! Ate all day basically for 2 days. I gained almost 4 lbs!! YIKES!0
Day 1 VLCD- Wednesday..
On Wednesday I started VLCD.. which is basically my drops and 500 cals a day. At first I was like no way... but to tell you the truth .. my meals actually fill me up and I feel quite satisfied.(remember this is day 1 on VLCD-Wednesday))
Day 2 VLCD - Thursday.. I woke up today to a loss of 3.1!!!
Meals again are awesome. Feel full. Slightly feel some hunger pains inbetween. I fill up on water or green tea! I am feeling pretty good. Little bit of a headache though.
Day 3 VLCD- Friday.. I woke up today to a loss of 2.6
Hunger pains are little stronger and I just wanna eat..lol But I dont.
Meal time is the best thing ever. Chicken , Fish and lean burger never tasted so damn good. I have to admit the hunger pains were worse today. and I did have some extra protein to tie me over.Even went to a movie with a goodfriend and was able to resist popcorn and soda!! I brought a baggie of cut up apple and a bottle of water. COMPLETELY SATISFIED me.
Day 4 VLCD- Saturday.. I woke up today to a loss of 1.8
I can physically see changes already. Crazy I know, but my stomach is not as big as it was 4 days ago. I am extremely excited about my results so far.
Green tea for breakfast.. Love it!!
Lunch is going to be Fish, asparagus, melba toast, water and an apple.
Then off to HOP again with my little niece. She will popcorn, I will not.
I think the weight loss has triggered my motivation and determination to not cheat with crap food!
So there it is in a nutshell.. basically my first week on HCG. I hope you all show me some love and support while I am doing this. I would really really to feel the love about now :)
